One of the best parts of this event is all the great chili entries!

We will have categories for both restaurants and individual entries! Click Here to Register YOUR Chili

Please have Your chili to Holland Meadows Golf Course
by 1:00 PM on March 14th. Individual Entries should be in a Crock Pot. Restaurant entries in a restaurant tray. Please be sure to label the bottom of your cookware with your name and phone number!

All chili's will be reviewed on www.VisitSacandaga.com and the winners will be promoted until they defend their titles next year!

Teresa Malone's White Chili
This savory white chili takes 3 days to make!

Elizabeth Emery's Black Bean-Mushroom Chili
Black beans, earthy mushrooms and tangy tomatillos combine with a variety of spices and smoky chipotles to create a fantastic full-flavored chili.

Jamie Insogna's Chicken and White Bean Chili
Chicken, stewed tomatoes cannellini beans, spices, onions and garlic.
